Welcome to ExamPastPapers. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Site" refers to ExamPastPapers website and all associated services.
• "User" means any visitor or registered account holder.
• "Publisher" means a registered user who uploads content to the Site.
• "Content" includes past exam papers, notes, descriptions, reviews, and any other material uploaded or posted.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload or share copyrighted material without permission.
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

3. User Accounts

To become a Publisher, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant ExamPastPapers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our Site. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

5. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly forbidden:

• Copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
• Explicit, obscene, or adult content.
• Hate speech, discriminatory material, or content that promotes violence.
• Malware, phishing links, or any harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to terminate offending accounts.

6. Payments and Fees

Publishers pay a one-time activation fee of KSh 250 or $2.99 (depending on payment method). Users may download papers for a fee of KSh 100 per download. Publishers earn KSh 80 per download of their content. All payments are processed through third-party providers (M-Pesa, PayPal, Binance). We are not responsible for any errors or delays by these providers.

7. Withdrawals

Publishers may request withdrawals once their available balance reaches at least KSh 1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours and sent to the registered M-Pesa number. We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

The ExamPastPapers name, logo, and design are trademarks of our company. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamPastPapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
